Job Summary

As a key member of the People Analytics team, the full-time Data Analyst - People will focus on shaping strategic decisions through advanced modeling and analysis, extracting actionable insights from data related to workforce intelligence and financial themes, while working in a hybrid environment based in Columbia, MO.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization
• Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, prioritizing projects in Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
• Engage in various People Analytics projects, including data wrangling and preparing people-related financial data for analysis

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role is preferred
• A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field relevant to People Analytics
• Proficiency in Python or R; SQL experience is preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
