Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Data Analyst - People, this position will be based in Columbia, MO, focusing on shaping strategic decisions through advanced modeling and analysis while engaging in various People Analytics projects to extract actionable insights.

Key responsibilities:

• Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with individuals across the organization
• Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, prioritizing projects related to Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
• Prepare and analyze people-related financial data, such as labor capitalization reports, while gaining hands-on experience with data analytics tools and methods

Required qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred
• A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
• Proficiency in Python or R; SQL experience preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
