Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Data Analyst - People will extract actionable insights from workforce and financial data, drive strategic decisions, and engage in various People Analytics projects, with opportunities for remote, hybrid, or in-person work in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various stakeholders
• Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, focusing on Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
• Prepare and analyze people-related financial data, such as labor capitalization reports

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role is preferred
• A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience is preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
