Job Summary

To support strategic decision-making, the full-time salaried Data Analyst - People will extract actionable insights from workforce intelligence and financial data while working in a hybrid environment based in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating across the organization
• Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, focusing on Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
• Engage in various People Analytics projects, including data wrangling and preparation of people-related financial data

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred
• A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
• Proficiency in Python or R; SQL experience preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements in a fast-paced environment
