Job Summary

As a key member of the People Analytics team, the full-time Data Analyst - People will extract actionable insights from data to support strategic decisions, focusing on workforce intelligence and financial themes, with opportunities for remote, hybrid, or in-person work in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization
• Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, prioritizing projects in Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Workforce Planning, and Employee Listening
• Engage in various People Analytics projects, including data wrangling and analysis of people-related financial data

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred
• A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
• Proficiency in Python or R; SQL experience preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
