Job Summary
Joining a dynamic team, the full-time salaried Data Analyst - People will leverage advanced modeling and analysis to extract actionable insights from workforce and financial data, supporting strategic decision-making in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization
- Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, focusing on projects in Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
- Engage in hands-on People Analytics projects, including data wrangling and preparing labor-related financial reports
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role is preferred
- A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
- Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience is preferred
- Basic understanding of data management and analysis
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and evolving project requirements
