Job Summary
To support a growing People Analytics team, the full-time Data Analyst - People will extract actionable insights from data to drive strategic decisions related to workforce intelligence and financial themes, working in a hybrid environment from Columbia, MO.
Key responsibilities
- Translate organizational people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating across departments
- Execute the People Analytics roadmap by prioritizing and managing projects related to Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
- Analyze people-related financial data and engage with team members at various levels to inform business decisions
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred
- A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
- Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience preferred
- Basic understanding of data management and analysis
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
