Job Summary

As a key member of the People Analytics team, the full-time Data Analyst - People will drive strategic decisions by extracting actionable insights from workforce data, focusing on staffing models and quality of hire, while working in a hybrid environment in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various stakeholders
• Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, focusing on Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning projects
• Engage in hands-on data wrangling and analysis to provide comprehensive intelligence on people-related financial data

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role is preferred
• A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience is preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
