Data Analyst - People

Job Summary

As a key member of the People Analytics team, the full-time remote Data Analyst - People will be responsible for shaping strategic decisions through advanced modeling and analysis, focusing on workforce intelligence and financial themes, while collaborating across the organization to extract actionable insights from data.

Key responsibilities

• Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various stakeholders
• Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, prioritizing projects in Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
• Engage in hands-on People Analytics projects, including data wrangling and preparing people-related financial data

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred
• A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
