Job Summary

To support a growing People Analytics team, the full-time remote Data Analyst - People will extract actionable insights from data to drive strategic decisions related to workforce intelligence and financial themes.

Key responsibilities

• Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization
• Execute projects aligned with the People Analytics roadmap, focusing on areas such as Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
• Analyze people-related financial data and engage with team members at all levels to enhance the strategic role of data analytics in decision-making

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred
• A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience with Python or R; SQL experience preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements in a fast-paced environment
