Job Summary
As a key member of the People Analytics team, the full-time remote Data Analyst - People will be responsible for shaping strategic decisions through advanced modeling and analysis, focusing on workforce intelligence and financial themes while collaborating across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various stakeholders
- Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, addressing projects in Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
- Engage in diverse People Analytics projects, including data wrangling and financial data analysis related to labor capitalization
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred
- A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
- Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience preferred
- Basic understanding of data management and analysis
- Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
