Job Summary
To support a growing People Analytics team, the full-time remote Data Analyst - People will be responsible for shaping strategic decisions through advanced modeling and analysis, focusing on workforce intelligence and financial themes.
Key responsibilities
- Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization
- Execute the People Analytics roadmap by supporting prioritized projects in Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Workforce Planning, and Employee Listening
- Prepare and analyze people-related financial data, including labor capitalization reports, while engaging with team members at all levels
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role is preferred
- A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
- Proficiency in Python or R; SQL experience is preferred
- Basic understanding of data management and analysis
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
