Job Summary
To support a growing People Analytics team, the full-time remote Data Analyst - People will be responsible for shaping strategic decisions through advanced modeling and analysis, translating people needs into actionable insights, and engaging with various stakeholders across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with individuals across the organization
- Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, focusing on projects in Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
- Prepare and analyze people-related financial data, such as labor capitalization reports, while engaging with team members at all levels
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred
- A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
- Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience preferred
- Basic understanding of data management and analysis
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
