Job Summary

To support a growing People Analytics team, the full-time Data Analyst - People will extract actionable insights from data to drive strategic decisions related to workforce intelligence and financial themes, working remotely from Kansas City, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization
• Execute the People Analytics roadmap by managing projects in Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Workforce Planning, and Employee Listening
• Prepare and analyze people-related financial data, such as labor capitalization reports, while engaging with team members from technical experts to senior leadership

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred
• A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience with Python or R; SQL experience preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
