Job Summary

To support a growing People Analytics team, the full-time remote Data Analyst - People will extract actionable insights from data to inform strategic decisions related to workforce intelligence and financial themes.

Key responsibilities

• Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization
• Execute the People Analytics roadmap by prioritizing and managing projects related to Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
• Engage in hands-on People Analytics projects, preparing and analyzing people-related financial data to drive informed decision-making

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role is preferred
• A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience is preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis techniques
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
