Job Summary

To support a growing People Analytics team, the full-time salaried Data Analyst - People will extract actionable insights from data to drive strategic decisions related to workforce intelligence and financial themes, working remotely from Kansas City, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization
• Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, focusing on projects in Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
• Engage in hands-on People Analytics projects, including data wrangling and preparing financial reports related to workforce metrics

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role is preferred
• A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience is preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
