Job Summary

As a key member of the People Analytics team, the full-time remote Data Analyst - People will shape strategic decisions through advanced modeling and analysis, focusing on workforce intelligence and financial themes while collaborating across the organization to extract actionable insights from data.

Key responsibilities

• Translate people needs and data into action by creating relationships and implementing statistical findings
• Execute the People Analytics roadmap by supporting prioritized projects in Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
• Engage in various People Analytics projects, wrangling data and preparing people-related financial reports

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role is preferred
• A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience is preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
