Data Analyst - People

Job Summary

As a key member of the People Analytics team, the full-time remote Data Analyst - People will shape strategic decisions through advanced modeling and analysis, focusing on workforce intelligence and financial themes such as staffing models and quality of hire.

Key responsibilities:

• Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization
• Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, focusing on projects related to Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
• Engage in hands-on data wrangling and analysis for various People Analytics projects, including preparing financial data related to labor capitalization

Required qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role is preferred
• A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field is required
• Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience is preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis is necessary
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and evolving project requirements
