Job Summary

As a key member of the People Analytics team, the full-time Data Analyst - People will manage workforce intelligence and financial analysis projects remotely, focusing on translating people needs into actionable insights and supporting the development of the People Analytics roadmap.

Key responsibilities:

• Translate people needs and data into actionable strategies by collaborating across the organization
• Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, focusing on Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
• Prepare and analyze people-related financial data, including labor capitalization reports

Required qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred
• A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
