Job Summary

To support a growing People Analytics team, the full-time Data Analyst - People will extract actionable insights from data to inform strategic decisions related to workforce intelligence and financial themes, working remotely from Kansas City, MO.

Key responsibilities:

• Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization
• Execute the People Analytics roadmap by prioritizing and managing projects related to Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
• Engage in hands-on data wrangling and analysis to support comprehensive intelligence on people-related financial data

Required qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred
• A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
• Proficiency in Python or R; SQL experience preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to evolving project requirements
