Job Summary

As a key member of the People Analytics team, the full-time remote Data Analyst - People will shape strategic decisions through advanced modeling and analysis, focusing on workforce intelligence and financial themes while extracting actionable insights from data.

Key responsibilities

• Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various organizational stakeholders
• Execute the People Analytics roadmap by prioritizing and supporting projects related to Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
• Engage in hands-on People Analytics projects, including data wrangling and preparing financial reports related to workforce metrics

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role is preferred
• A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
• Proficiency in Python or R, with SQL experience preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements in a fast-paced environment
