Job Summary

To support a growing People Analytics team, the full-time remote Data Analyst - People will be responsible for translating people needs into actionable insights, executing projects in talent acquisition and workforce planning, and preparing people-related financial data.

Key responsibilities

• Translate organizational people needs and data into actionable strategies and implement findings through collaboration
• Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, focusing on prioritized projects
• Engage in various People Analytics projects, including data wrangling and analysis, to provide comprehensive workforce intelligence

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred
• A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
