Data Analyst - People

Job Summary

Focused on shaping strategic decisions through advanced modeling and analysis, the full-time remote Data Analyst - People will extract actionable insights from data related to workforce intelligence and financial themes, while supporting various People Analytics projects.

Key responsibilities

• Translate people needs and data into action by building relationships and implementing findings
• Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, addressing Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
• Prepare and analyze people-related financial data, including labor capitalization reports

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred
• A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
