Job Summary

To support a growing People Analytics team, the full-time Data Analyst - People will extract actionable insights from workforce data to inform strategic decisions, focusing on staffing models and quality of hire while working remotely from Kansas City, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization
• Execute the People Analytics roadmap by supporting projects related to Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
• Engage in hands-on data wrangling and analysis to enable comprehensive intelligence for various People Analytics projects

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred
• A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
