Data Analyst - People

Job Summary

To support a growing People Analytics team, the full-time remote Data Analyst - People will be responsible for shaping strategic decisions through advanced modeling and analysis, translating workforce needs into actionable insights, and engaging with various stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with individuals across the organization
• Execute the People Analytics roadmap by supporting prioritized projects in Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
• Prepare and analyze people-related financial data, such as labor capitalization reports, while engaging with team members at all levels

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role is preferred
• A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience is preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
