Job Summary

To support a growing People Analytics team, the full-time salaried Data Analyst - People will extract actionable insights from workforce data, focusing on staffing models and quality of hire, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization
• Execute projects outlined in the People Analytics roadmap, addressing topics in Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
• Prepare and analyze people-related financial data, including labor capitalization reports, while engaging with team members at all levels

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role is preferred
• A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
• Proficiency in Python or R is required; SQL experience is preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
