Data Analyst - People

Job Summary

To support a growing People Analytics team, the full-time Data Analyst - People will extract actionable insights from workforce data, drive informed decision-making, and engage with various stakeholders in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with individuals across the organization
• Execute the People Analytics roadmap by supporting projects in Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Workforce Planning, and Employee Listening
• Prepare and analyze people-related financial data, including labor capitalization reports

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred
• A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience is preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
