Job Summary

To support a growing People Analytics team, the full-time remote Data Analyst - People will shape strategic decisions through advanced modeling and analysis, focusing on workforce intelligence and financial themes while collaborating across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by building relationships and implementing statistical findings
• Execute the People Analytics roadmap by prioritizing and managing projects related to Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
• Engage in various People Analytics projects, including data wrangling and preparing financial data related to labor capitalization

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred
• A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience is preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements in a fast-paced environment
