Job Summary

To support a growing People Analytics team, the full-time Data Analyst - People will extract actionable insights from data, focusing on workforce intelligence and financial themes, while working remotely from Kansas City, MO.

Key responsibilities:

• Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various stakeholders
• Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, prioritizing projects in Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
• Engage in hands-on data wrangling and analysis for various People Analytics projects, including financial data related to labor capitalization

Required qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role is preferred
• A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
• Proficiency in Python or R; SQL experience is preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
