Job Summary

To support a growing People Analytics team, the full-time Data Analyst - People will extract actionable insights from workforce and financial data to drive strategic decision-making in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various organizational stakeholders
• Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, focusing on Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
• Engage in hands-on data wrangling and analysis to enable comprehensive intelligence across multiple People Analytics projects

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role is preferred
• A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience is preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis techniques
• Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements in a fast-paced environment
