Job Summary

To support a growing People Analytics team, the full-time salaried Data Analyst - People will extract actionable insights from data, focusing on workforce intelligence and financial themes, while working remotely from Kansas City, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various stakeholders
• Execute the People Analytics roadmap by managing projects related to Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
• Prepare and analyze people-related financial data, including labor capitalization reports

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred
• A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
• Proficiency in Python or R; SQL experience preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
