Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Data Analyst - People, this role will shape strategic decisions through advanced modeling and analysis, focusing on workforce intelligence and financial themes while collaborating across the organization to extract actionable insights from data.

Key responsibilities:

• Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various stakeholders
• Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, prioritizing projects in Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
• Engage in hands-on People Analytics projects, wrangling data and preparing people-related financial reports

Required qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role is preferred
• A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience is preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
