Data Analyst - People

Job Summary

To support the People Analytics team, the full-time remote Data Analyst - People will extract actionable insights from workforce data to inform strategic decisions, focusing on staffing models, quality of hire, and leader development.

Key responsibilities:

• Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating across the organization
• Execute projects within the People Analytics roadmap, covering Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
• Prepare and analyze people-related financial data, including labor capitalization reports

Required qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred
• A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience with Python or R; SQL experience preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
