Job Summary

To support a growing People Analytics team, the full-time Data Analyst - People will extract actionable insights from workforce and financial data, focusing on staffing models and quality of hire, while working remotely from Kansas City, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating across the organization
• Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, addressing projects in Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning
• Engage in various People Analytics projects, including data wrangling and preparing financial reports related to labor capitalization

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred
• A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience with Python or R; SQL experience preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
