Job Summary

To support a growing People Analytics team, the full-time salaried Data Analyst - People will extract actionable insights from workforce and financial data, focusing on staffing models and quality of hire while working remotely from Kansas City, MO.

Key responsibilities:

• Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various organizational stakeholders
• Execute the People Analytics roadmap by prioritizing and managing projects related to Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
• Engage in data wrangling and analysis to support comprehensive intelligence across multiple People Analytics projects

Required qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role is preferred
• A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience is preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements in a fast-paced environment
