Data Analyst - People
Job Summary
As a key member of the People Analytics team, the full-time remote Data Analyst - People will shape strategic decisions through advanced modeling and analysis, focusing on workforce intelligence and financial themes while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by building relationships across the organization
- Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, prioritizing projects in Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning
- Engage in hands-on People Analytics projects, including data wrangling and financial data analysis
Required qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role is preferred
- A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
- Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience is preferred
- Basic understanding of data management and analysis
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
