Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Data Analyst - People, the successful candidate will shape strategic decisions through advanced modeling and analysis, focusing on workforce intelligence and financial themes while collaborating across the organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various teams
• Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, focusing on Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
• Engage in hands-on People Analytics projects, including data wrangling and financial data analysis

Required qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred
• Degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience with Python or R required; SQL experience preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
