Job Summary
To support a growing People Analytics team, the full-time salaried Data Analyst - People will extract actionable insights from workforce and financial data, driving informed decision-making in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various organizational stakeholders
- Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, focusing on Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning projects
- Engage in hands-on data wrangling and analysis to enable comprehensive intelligence for People Analytics initiatives
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role is preferred
- A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
- Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience is preferred
- Basic understanding of data management and analysis techniques
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
