Job Summary
As a key member of the People Analytics team, the full-time remote Data Analyst - People will be responsible for shaping strategic decisions through advanced modeling and analysis, focusing on workforce intelligence and financial themes, while engaging with various stakeholders across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with individuals across the organization
- Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, focusing on projects related to Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
- Engage in various People Analytics projects, wrangling data to enable comprehensive intelligence and preparing people-related financial data
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role is preferred
- A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
- Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience is preferred
- Basic understanding of data management and analysis
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
