Job Summary
To support a growing People Analytics team, the full-time Data Analyst - People will extract actionable insights from data to drive strategic decisions related to workforce intelligence and financial themes in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various stakeholders
- Execute the People Analytics roadmap, focusing on projects in Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
- Prepare and analyze people-related financial data, such as labor capitalization reports
Required qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred
- A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
- Experience with Python or R; SQL experience preferred
- Basic understanding of data management and analysis
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
