Job Summary
To support a growing People Analytics team, the full-time remote Data Analyst - People will be responsible for translating people needs into actionable insights, executing the People Analytics roadmap, and engaging in various analytics projects to enhance workforce intelligence and financial themes.
Key responsibilities:
- Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various stakeholders
- Execute projects aligned with the People Analytics roadmap, focusing on Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
- Prepare and analyze people-related financial data to support strategic decision-making
Required qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role is preferred
- A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
- Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience is preferred
- Basic understanding of data management and analysis
- Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements in a fast-paced environment
