Job Summary
To support a growing People Analytics team, the full-time salaried Data Analyst - People will be responsible for extracting actionable insights from workforce and financial data, shaping strategic decisions, and executing projects related to talent acquisition and workforce planning in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various stakeholders
- Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, focusing on key projects
- Engage in hands-on data wrangling and analysis for various People Analytics initiatives
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred
- A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
- Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience preferred
- Basic understanding of data management and analysis
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
