Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time salaried capacity, the Data Analyst - People will shape strategic decisions through advanced modeling and analysis, focusing on workforce intelligence and financial themes while extracting actionable insights from data.
Key responsibilities
- Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various organizational stakeholders
- Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, prioritizing projects in Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
- Engage in hands-on People Analytics projects, including data wrangling and preparation of people-related financial data
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role is preferred
- A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
- Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience is preferred
- Basic understanding of data management and analysis
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
