Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Data Analyst - People, the successful candidate will shape strategic decisions through advanced modeling and analysis, focusing on workforce intelligence and financial themes, while engaging with various stakeholders across the organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with individuals across the organization
- Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, prioritizing projects in Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
- Engage in various People Analytics projects, including data wrangling and preparing financial reports related to workforce metrics
Required qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role is preferred
- A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
- Proficiency in Python or R; SQL experience is preferred
- Basic understanding of data management and analysis
- Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements in a fast-paced environment
