Data Analyst - People
Job Summary
To support a growing People Analytics team, the full-time Data Analyst - People will extract actionable insights from workforce and financial data, driving strategic decisions while working remotely from Kansas City, MO.
Key responsibilities:
- Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various stakeholders
- Execute the People Analytics roadmap by prioritizing and managing projects related to Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
- Engage in hands-on data wrangling and analysis to support comprehensive intelligence across multiple People Analytics projects
Required qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred
- A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
- Experience with Python or R; SQL experience preferred
- Basic understanding of data management and analysis
- Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements in a fast-paced environment
