Job Summary
To support a growing People Analytics team, the full-time salaried Data Analyst - People will be responsible for shaping strategic decisions through advanced modeling and analysis, focusing on workforce intelligence and financial themes while working remotely from Kansas City, MO.
Key responsibilities:
- Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various organizational stakeholders
- Execute the People Analytics roadmap by supporting projects related to Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Workforce Planning, and Employee Listening
- Engage in data wrangling and analysis to provide comprehensive intelligence on people-related financial data
Required qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred
- A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
- Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience is preferred
- Basic understanding of data management and analysis
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
