Data Analyst - People
Job Summary
To support a growing People Analytics team, the full-time Data Analyst - People will extract actionable insights from workforce and financial data to inform strategic decisions, while working remotely from Kansas City, MO.
Key responsibilities:
- Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various organizational stakeholders
- Execute the People Analytics roadmap by managing projects related to Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
- Prepare and analyze people-related financial data, such as labor capitalization reports, while engaging with team members at all levels
Required qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role is preferred
- A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
- Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience is preferred
- Basic understanding of data management and analysis
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
