Data Analyst - People
Job Summary
To support a growing People Analytics team, the full-time Data Analyst - People will extract actionable insights from workforce data to inform strategic decisions, focusing on staffing models and quality of hire, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization
- Execute the People Analytics roadmap by prioritizing and managing projects related to Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
- Engage in hands-on data wrangling and analysis to support comprehensive intelligence in People Analytics projects
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred
- A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
- Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience is preferred
- Basic understanding of data management and analysis
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and evolving project requirements
