Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time remote Data Analyst - People will shape strategic decisions through advanced modeling and analysis, focusing on workforce intelligence and financial themes while collaborating across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by building relationships and implementing statistical findings
- Execute the People Analytics roadmap, prioritizing projects related to Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
- Engage in various People Analytics projects, including data wrangling and analysis of people-related financial data
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred
- A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
- Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience preferred
- Basic understanding of data management and analysis
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with evolving project requirements
