Job Summary
To support a growing People Analytics team, the full-time remote Data Analyst - People will be responsible for translating people needs into actionable insights, executing on the People Analytics roadmap, and engaging in various data analytics projects to drive informed decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with stakeholders across the organization
- Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, focusing on Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
- Engage in hands-on data wrangling and analysis to provide comprehensive intelligence on people-related financial data
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role is preferred
- A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
- Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience is preferred
- Basic understanding of data management and analysis
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
